    Lots of baked goods available. The coffee was strong. There were many seats available, great wifi, and sockets for people to work from.My only complaint is that it closes early at .

    We, my friend and I, went to have coffee at this Costa on January rd at am.I have to make a complaint about an employee. When we entered this cafe, we saw a table next to a window. The table was dirty. The employee approached to the area; she was carrying a cloth to clean. My friend said to her “Please, can you clean this table?”. The employee, without speaking or looking us , and with an unfriendly gesture, pointed us, with her finger, to another table located further away on one side of the cafe. At that other table there was only one chair. And we where two persons.Instead of cleaning the table that my friend indicated to her , the employee went to the street, to the terrace of the cafe, to clean two tables. There were no customers on the terrace. She left us waiting standing for minutes.The employee entered the cafe again with the cloth in her hand. My friend told her, again, to clean the table.The employee started yelling to my friend saying “you are rude!!” “you are rude!!”. Afterwards, she and another tall employee (he is very professional at his job) started an argument in the kitchen about this issue.The situation was not pleasant at all and I think that this is not the proper way to treat customers.— The coffee here is good and the place is nice. Except, on this occasion. This employee did not know how to act and behave properly with us as customers.

    I'd like to sincerely thank Mariam for her kindness and speedy service. She told me that they're unable to serve iced coffee at the moment and I was okay with a hot drink as well but she insisted to offer it on the house knowing that I didn't come for a hot drink. Bless her, for me it's not the free coffee but it is personally a treat to come across thoughtful and smiling employees that care about the customers with a genuine caring attitude regardless of the company they're working at. I wanted to spend the time to write this comment hoping that she'd appreciate it but also so that it can be a great example for other people that come across it.

    The girls working at close today had the store extremely clean and ready for closing minutes before closing but basically refused to serve during the last minutes.They were serving take away but no customer (around ) decided to buy anything. When writing this review there is minutes of the store being open.The ladies relaxed during the last minutes of the store being opened.
